Our Place: The warm, homey atmosphere is another welcome yet unexpected aspect of the Potbelly experience. First time customers don’t expect to see such attention to detail from a sandwich shop. We are proud to say that our stores are “real” environments – you won’t find any plastic laminate surfaces, fluorescent lighting or unnatural materials in our dining areas. Instead, through use of warm lighting, natural wood, marble, antique fixtures and signage, as well as live music, we create a welcoming place where our customers are happy to meet friends and see familiar faces. Striving to make ths location a local, neighborhood sandwich shop of the community it serves.

Our Product: We take pride in serving the highest quality product made from only the best ingredients we can buy. In a world where customers are bombarded with choices, our customers know and appreciate the care we take in preparation and the fact that we keep it simple. We proudly slice our own meats and cheeses; we use only fresh produce to top our sandwiches; we serve locally produced chips; we scoop real ice cream in our shakes and malts; we offer the most interesting and fun beverages we can find; and we bake really great cookies daily in our stores.
