Houston Methodist Neal Cancer Center at The Woodlands to Honor Breast Cancer Survivors at Market Street October 1 with “Light it up Pink”

THE WOODLANDS, TX (September 28, 2026) – Market Street is partnering with Houston Methodist Neal Cancer Center at The Woodlands in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month for a special evening, “Light it up Pink” happening Thursday, Oct. 1 from 6 – 8:30 p.m.

This special evening, which also coincides with the Fall Concert Series at Market Street and a performance from Hybrid 7, will include a photo opportunity honoring those who have been touched by breast cancer: survivors, families, and caregivers. The photo opp. will be in front of the entrance to The Audrey and will be available all month long.

This year’s event attendees can enjoy receiving a pink tote bag and light up baton to help commemorate this special evening.

Throughout October, Market Street is proud to partner with Houston Methodist to “Light It Up Pink” in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Together, we are turning Central Park and several nearby buildings pink with lights to spotlight the importance of breast care. Scented sleep masks will be available all month long at the Concierge desk and at select retailers. Signage throughout the property will feature facts from Houston Methodist about Breast Cancer Awareness Month, emphasizing the importance of scheduling annual mammograms for women.
