The special La Comida & Tequila menu will include tasty Latin-inspired dishes to pair with new tequila cocktails:

Aguachile ($20) – Peruvian Bay Scallops, Argentinian Red Shrimp, Halibut or Snapper (Halibut west coast, Snapper east coast/TX), Cucumber, Pickled Red Onions, Rancho Gordo Hominy, Tajin House-Made Chips

Seafood Posole Verde ($36) – Green Chile & Clam Broth, Manila Clams, Peruvian Bay Scallops, Halibut or Snapper (Halibut west coast, Snapper east coast/TX), Cilantro, Traditional Accompaniments: Lime, Radish, Red Onion, Jalapeno

Duroc Pork Carnitas Flautas ($15) – Chile Ancho, Apple Cider Jus, Pickled Raisin, Apple Slaw, Lime Sour Cream, Cotija Cheese

Spinach & Sunchoke Enchiladas ($24) – Oaxaca Cheese, Salsa Verde, Pomegranate, Sunchoke Puree

Paired with four unique tequila cocktails – each delicious in their own way:

Spa Day Margarita ($16) – A getaway in a glass, made with smooth El Tequileno Blanco Tequila, avocado, agave, and lime, with a Tajin rim.

My Manzana ($17) – A unique Fall-inspired cocktail made with El Tequileno Reposado, Ilegal Joven, cinnamon syrup, crisp apple, and tart lemon.

Dancing in the Dark ($16) – A twist on the classic Espresso Martini, made with smooth El Tequileno Reposado, bold espresso and Liquor 43.

Tres A’s ($19) - A dark and smoky cocktail made with Patron Extra Anejo, nutty Amaretto, and Free Brothers Chocolate Bitters.
