We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our team! We offer an exciting and fast-paced environment with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.

We are currently seeking to hire enthusiastic, experienced individuals to work both Front of House and Back of House.

We pride ourselves on excellent quality, exceptional service, and building great teams that focus on working together to deliver amazing results.

Our Front of House Team Members are the face of our restaurant and the first step in providing quality service and genuine hospitality to our guests.

Our Back of House Team Members are the backbone of our entire store and ensure the production of an excellent, gourmet experience to our guests.

Ideal candidates must be time flexible (an availability of at least 5 days per week) with the ability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Our handcrafted gelato on a stick is a fun concept and is all natural, easy to eat, and customizable to your own individual choice. A friendly treat for all that is made daily, in house, to provide an eventful, personalized and memorable experience. Popbar offers a timeless product that caters to all demographics.

Popbar in the Greater Houston market started in 2016.

Responsibilities and Duties

Front of House Responsibilities:

• serve guests in a personable, service oriented way
• authentically and genuinely connect with both guests and team members
• engage/interact with guests as you share your knowledge about Gelato on a Stick
• maintain a clean working environment
• inventory management

Back of House ( popLab) Responsibilities:

• creating delicious popbars by following recipes precisely
• keeping a clean and spotless working station
• maintaining constant inventory and ensuring the daily inventory is accurate
• rotating and using FIFO principles with food products
• communicating with other staff to ensure quality and quantity control

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.
