Job Functions may include, but are not limited to:
- Access Control
- Asset Protection
- Crowd Management
- Provide Exceptional Guest Service
- Assists guests with locating Stores & Amenities
- Notifies supervisor of any problems with Facilities, Supplies, and Venue.
- Assists guests with complaints or concerns; escalates concerns to supervisor when necessary.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Regulate and control access to restricted and secure areas.
- Occasionally move barriers.?
- Traffic Control
- Foot Patrol
- May lift 40lbs Sandbags Occasionally
- Assists with tent set up and tear down after events
