March 2-8:
Charred Broccoli & Burrata Pizza (veg): Roasted broccoli over sweet garlic purée, topped with bright lemon zest, creamy burrata, and house-made chili oil heat for a perfectly balanced pizza.
Sausage & Smoked Gouda Pizza: House-made Italian turkey sausage layered over bright DiNapoli tomato sauce with fresh mozzarella and roasted fennel, garnished with parmesan and fresh herbs for a rich, savory bite.
March 9-15:
Hot Honey White Truffle Pizza (veg): Parmesan truffle mousse and fresh mozzarella melted together beneath a drizzle of house-made hot honey, finished with organic arugula for a savory and sweet heat pizza.
Chocolate Strawberry Dessert Pizza (veg): Honey roasted organic strawberries with dollops of whipped vanilla mascarpone mouse, dark chocolate drizzle, and dusted with organic matcha.
